Products that are paid according to the delivered offer will be delivered to the Buyer within one to five working days (except for items available exclusively at the supplier’s warehouse, islands, depending on the ferry schedule and the Dubrovnik region – up to ten working days), provided that orders are received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday, counting from the day of payment in the case of bank transfer payment. If you wish to arrange a suitable delivery time, please write it in the “Your comment” field in the final steps of completing the order, so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service.

When processing the order, the Buyer receives a notification by email.

Delivery is carried out by the Seller by engaging a reputable delivery (courier) service. Regular delivery is made to the entrance of the desired address’s residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the buyer is located but only to the entrance of the building. The option of personal pickup in the store is possible only after the user is contacted by an Eko Slavonica employee that the order is ready for delivery.

In case the Seller is unable to deliver the Purchased product within the specified deadlines, the Buyer will be notified to arrange a new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Contract.

Upon receipt of the delivered product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product, and in case of visible damage, has the right to refuse to accept it and request the delivery of an undamaged product.

In cases where the Buyer receives a product different from the one they purchased, they have the right to receive the ordered product, and if that is not possible, the Buyer has the right to a refund of the paid product price, delivery price, and reimbursement of return costs, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.

Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives an invoice and a receipt of receipt of the shipment, which they are obliged to sign. By signing the receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been accepted without any external visible damage.
